At Delta-v we accelerate the growth of exceptional FinTech and software companies. We do this by providing our customers with sales development teams that embed into their sales organisations and fuel their sales pipeline.

**About the role**

This is a leadership role where you’ll take overall responsibility for our internal operations and the delivery of our services to our European customer base. It’s an opportunity to run a diverse range of functions in our business including Sales Operations, Customer Success and Project Management.

Working closely with our CEO your focus will be to ensure we have the necessary processes in place to set us up for scale. This will involve implementing and managing business processes across our various operational functions, and implementing a robust project management framework for managing customer projects.

We’re currently a 15 person business, growing at around 60% per year. This means that initially you’ll be very hands on, while also directly managing a team of 2-3 people which will grow as we scale and you build your team.

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Project management certification (Prince 2, PMP, APMG or similar)
- 3+ years management experience where you have managed individual contributors or other managers
- At least 3 years experience in a management consultancy, marketing agency, BPO, or B2B professional services environment
- Experience project managing marketing, digital, or customer onboarding projects (1-3 months in duration). This should include Scoping, Estimation, Quoting, Coordinating Resources, Time Tracking and Billing
- Operations management experience - experience designing, managing and improving day-to-day operational processes
- Strong interest in the world of technology, startups and FinTech
