We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
**CRM Projects Coordinator** to join our team. We are driving change in the automotive industry in Africa and we are

looking for an individual who can demonstrate innovation and initiative within our digital customer portfolio.

As CRM Projects Coordinator you will manage the CRM projects in the Digital division. You will be

responsible for planning and managing the projects to ensure that they are implemented on time

and within budget. You will be responsible for regular check-ins with the customer to continuously

improve their campaigns.

Working closely together with our partners in the UK, you will continuously deliver outstanding

support to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bsc diploma. Additional diplomas/degrees in project management is an advantage
- Proven working experience in project management
- Experience in digital marketing and/or data analysis
- Technical and development knowledge is an advantage
- Affiliation with the automotive industry is an advantage
- Experience with (graphic) design and/or UX is an advantage
- Able to build and maintain client relationships
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable with attention to detail and get things done attitude

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage CRM Projects from the kick off to go live
- Plan and implement CRM Projects, including defining tasks and timelines, and allocating required resources
- Keep track of milestones and budget through the project cycle using the Project
Management System
- Chairing weekly meetings with the customer to build a close relationship with the customer and ensure that expectations are met
- Evaluate and asses the quality of the project deliverables throughout the project phase
- Escalation of any issues that can cause a delay or additional costs on a Project
- Follow up on tasks on a daily basis with communications to all parties involved
- Update all Project schedules and planners daily as available on the selected shared platform
- Manage all Project documentation - internal and external
- Manage CRM customer relations and proactively assist customers by understanding their needs to improve their campaigns
- Responsible for implementing customer requests with the help of the Digital team
- Build strong relationship with our partners and stay up to date with latest product releases
- Responsible for design, content creation and billing of customer campaigns
- Responsible for setting up all internal campaigns and database management
