Who we're looking for

This role will be based in our Cape Town office (hybrid) and the formal title will be “Manager
- Client Experience (Onboarding)”. You will report to the Senior Associate Director - Client Experience (Onboarding).

The high-level summary of the role is broken down as follows:
Primary responsibility - Client onboarding:

- To support the associate director and act as a key figure for all client (and project) implementations into the Catalyst environment.
- Manage, own and ensure the core systems utilized to track and monitor all stages of the onboardings is kept current so that key stake holders can easily obtain a view on all active onboardings.
- Work between and manage the various internal teams involved during the client onboarding and be the clients advocate during the onboarding process.
- Be involved in the day-to-day workload across the Client Experience - client Implementation team.

Secondary - Investor onboarding:

- When required, provide support to the Associate Director and junior staff regarding new (and existing) client’s clients (Investors) that enter into the Catalyst environment, with a specific focus on AML and KYC requirements.
- When required, support the broader Investor Services team for all Investor related AML and KYC requirements.

What we need from you

On a day-to-day basis, the core functions related to the role will be broken down into the following core areas:
Support the Senior Associate Director, and where needed manage all aspects of the Onboarding Process:

- Support and assist the Associate Director - Client Experience with all and any ongoing daily tasks.
- Support and assist the Associate Director and where needed act as the main point of contact for all new clients - from the moment a signed proposal is received and throughout

the life of the onboarding cycle.
- Support and assist the wider client implementation team by ensuring that all systems associate with client onboarding (mainly, but not limited to, Microsoft Dynamics) are kept updated on different onboarding projects;

Manage and assist in the collection of KYC and AML documentation.
- Work with new clients and their legal advisors to collect (and sign off) the jurisdictional
- correct and required KYC and AML documentation on the entity engaging with Typically, an investment manager and all related entities - including shareholders, directors, advisors, and any authorized signatories.

- Collect the required KYC and AML documentation for any intermediaries (law firms, banks etc.) with whom the Catalyst team may be working with.

Mange and assist with Contracts and Agreements between the New Client and Catalyst:

- Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Assist in preparing an SLA which aligns with the deliverables that the new clients expect with that of the Catalyst service
- Pricing Policy (PP) - Assist in preparing a PP which aligns with the pricing matrix that the new clients expect to utilize.
- Administration Services Agreement (ASA) - Assist in preparingan initial version which includes all details from the Service Proposal and clauses that are pertinent to the new client and that the correct (jurisdiction focused) document is utilized. Part of the ASA alignment will include liaising with the client’s legal advisors, as well as Catalysts lawyers to ensure all terms and details are aligned and congruent - including (but not limited to) the indemnity and termination clause.
