Client Experience Manager

A bit more about the Opportunity...:
**What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like**:
you will own and control each client visit on site and plans as an independent Event. You will have Ownership of Executive client visits, including the planning/managing/co-ordination both pre visit and during visit on site. You will be working in partnership with Sector Director owner to design an appropriate plan in advance of visit, covering both external and internal requirements.
You will have full ownership & control of visit on site and ensuring all Sigma C colleagues are fully briefed on requirements.
You will design and deliver education sessions in partnership with Sector Director, to Sigma Connected colleagues, who will be meeting with clients on site, to ensure a thorough understanding of each client visit and requirements.
You will be the decision maker for key activities and events in country in partnership with Sector Director. You will own budgets for all client visits control the full preparation on site in advance of visits ensuring all areas are clear on their requirements.
You will manage the professional etiquette of greeting all visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, including airport meet and greets for VIP clients. You will ensure all client visitors have appropriate hotel and travel arrangements, when required.
You will proactively build and develop strong working relationships with new and current clients. You will follow up with clients post visit to assess visit experience and identify continual ways to evolve. you will be responsible for Continual improvement of Client Visits and experience, regularly assessing what Sigma C offer today and how to keep this fresh.
You will build a knowledge of competitor offerings in SA - learning from our competitors and how we keep Sigma Connected a step ahead for client experience. You will be a dedicated point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships. you will lead a team that supports clients and the operation during visits. You will assist with any client requirements as and when requested.

You are someone with a minimum 3 years’ experience within a senior client management or relationship position. you will bring experience of dealing with multinational or other offshore subsidiaries. You have excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing and changing service operation. You have a strong track record of engaging, building and maintaining relationships with high end clients and important stakeholders both internally and externally. you will have the ability to act on client feedback and provide meaningful solutions. you will have the ability to compile and present reports to Senior colleagues across the business to influence and drive change. You are someone who thrives under pressure whilst maintaining a calm environment around for both internal and external stakeholders. You can work Autonomously and manage your own time with high self motivation.

The role reports to the Group Director of Partnerships and works alongside the existing Director of Client Services, Sector Directors, Directors of Operational Delivery and the wider Sigma Connected Executive team.
Part of the Group Partnership team with a responsibility to look after clients when on site in South Africa, to ensure the client receives a high quality experience in every interaction with Sigma Connected.
Both Client Services Director and Client Experience Manager, will have their own portfolio of clients and will get to know everything about their clients and how the account works.
Coordinating and planning for client visits, including leading and advising the wider business areas on all requirements relating to international clients in country.
**Based out of Diep river - South Africa**
**Hours: 40 hours / week - Flexible to work weekends ( to cover **client** needs)**
