Client Experience Manager - Multi Fund Mgt
Reputable Asset Mgt firm seeks client orientated indiv. Pivotal role to manage overall Client and Advisor experience in Multi Fund Mgt business. Ensure great experience for the entire customer journey including Client Onboarding, Client Servicing and Asset conversion. Combine outputs form Distribution, Marketing, Ops, Data, Portfolio mgt. Great culture. Based in Joburg or Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

  • Map the client journey and ensure an excellent overall client experience.
  • Manage the Advisor onboarding process from signup to portal onboarding.
  • Coordinate and manage all training activities including onboarding process; advisor portal; and new products and enhancements.
  • Drive use of portal and manage feedback of field insights and future portal enhancements.
  • Create and manage efficiencies between internal functions (distribution, ops, marketing and investment team).
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting process.
  • Advisor office visits. Drive conversion of assets into solutions.
  • Ensure various propositions are executing according to Client Value promise.
  • Manage a dataled client servicing and conversion strategy.
  • Assist with driving clientfunctions with advisors.
  • Drive business enablement initiatives and support client service offering.
  • Implement strategies at a practice level. Deliver on client servicing expectations.
  • Track conversion and initiatives success and report on successes.
  • Other key responsibilities to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree and Client Exp Mgt or Bus Mgt or Sales/Marketing exp in Asset Mgt or Investments.
