**Job Purpose**

To ensure that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained and that staff and visitors are provided with refreshments and assist with filing.

**Kitchen Hygiene**
- Keeps kitchen clean, neat and hygienic by:

- Empty dustbins and dispose of all refuse appropriately in the refuse bins for collection
- Complete a cleaning roster after each cleaning session

**Refreshment Provision**
- Provides refreshments for employees and visitors by:

- Acting upon requests from Personal assistants.
- Taking requests from visitors and serving the required refreshments
- Making and serving refreshments for Executives

**Kitchen Refreshments Maintenance**

Maintains refreshment stations by:

- Daily checking levels of tea, coffee milk and sugar and replenishing as required
- Monitor the workings of the automatic unit and report any fault.
- Replenishing cups saucers and spoons
- Cleaning the kitchen during the day
- Removing used cups and saucers and replacing as required.
- Collecting used cups and saucers from offices

**Kitchen and Pause Area cleanliness**

Maintains the pause areas and kitchen in a hygienic and tidy manner by:

- Washing all used utensils either by hand or in the dishwasher and packing away
- Neatening chairs and wiping down all surfaces daily

**Meeting room set up & Tiding up**

Sets up meeting rooms for board meetings and normal meetings as per PA request/ schedule by:

- Tiding room and wiping all surfaces
- Placing required refreshments and required crockery in room
- Plating and serving food as required
- Clearing and tiding room after meeting is complete.

**Stock replenishment**

Ensures that there are sufficient stocks of tea, coffee, milk cleaning materials and other consumables by:

- Checking stock levels weekly
- Giving requirements to responsible Office Manager / PA for ordering online
- Checking order upon delivery and packing away neatly.
- Request Drivers to assist with easy deliveries of stock from the stock-room to the kitchen.

**General**
- As per PA request, do filing for the various departments.
- Bind documents such as board packs.
- Shred documents for the various departments.
- Capturing contact details onto electronic format from business cards.
- Perform any other duty as may be requested
