Office Admin Assistant

**Job description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Admin Assistant with HR experience. We are looking for a dedicated, consistent, and organized Admin Assistant that takes pride in their work, as we at Chicanos pride ourselves on quality and perfection.
**What are you responsibilities**:
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Monitor inventory and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Assisting with clients where required.
- Filing
- Stock Control Review
- HR Experience
- Finance Experience
- Manage and assist the Chicanos customs team where possible.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in related/relevant role.
- Extensive knowledge on administrative work, HR and basic payroll.
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills.
- Willing and able to complete all tasks listed in responsibilities.
