Assistance Front Office Manager 5 Hotel Sandton

Are you ready to take the lead in providing exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join a luxury hotel team as a Front Office Assistant Manager.
Your role will be to inspire and empower your team, ensuring superior service across all guest touchpoints. You'll be at the heart of hotel operations, assisting the General Manager in delivering the highest standards of service, safety, revenue, and occupancy.
:
- Oversee Front Office Management, Guest Services, and Interdepartmental Communication
- Lead administrative tasks, staff management, and guest satisfaction initiatives
- Implement service improvements and performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction protocols

- Minimum of 3 - 4 years luxury hotel experience
- Formal or Relevant Hospitality qualification
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Opera knowledge and relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service
