Job Summary
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the trusted advisor and provide guidance to solution specific sales team members, supporting sales activity and quoting enablement through the QTC cycle ‘quote to cash’- Manage stakeholders requests, queries and issues utilizing Services Request- Process high volumes of transactions accurately including Quote approval, validation, and quality assurance of submissions- Identify and communicate errors and deficiencies to stakeholders for resolution- Facilitate regular specialist solution sessions- Implement best-practices and standardization of sales processes leveraging efficiency and scalability- Contribute to team metrics by through productivity, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
Desired Experience- 3+ Years Experience in Order Management, Finance or Contract Administration of Enterprise Software- Strong analytical skill set, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-
- Urgency, Accountability, Proactiveness, Diligence, and Responsiveness- Flexibility for quarter end closes and holiday coverage
