**About Us**:
**Job Purpose**:
As an Order / Pricing / Outstanding Orders Clerk, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing pricing data, and tracking outstanding orders. Leveraging your attention to detail and analytical skills, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and pricing information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain pricing data and update pricing lists as needed.
- Monitor and track outstanding orders, liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with pricing analysis and reporting activities, including gathering data and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on pricing and order fulfillment.
- Provide support to the procurement and sales teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control activities as needed.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R1,00 per month
