**Role Purpose**
- As Broker Sales Adviser in this dynamic team, you will handle Personal Momentum Short-term Insurance clients-
**Requirements**:

- Matric
- RE (regulatory exams) compulsory
- At least 6 months broker related sales experience, knowledge, and insight
- Must have an excellent sales track record.
- Attitude/passion towards service excellence
- Clear disciplinary record

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- The Broker Sales Adviser Team of Momentum STI will primarily be responsible for converting leads/quotes to sales
- in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
- Monthly premium written.
- Net conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Quality target
- Cancellation ratio

**Competencies**
- Must be driven, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.- Ability to execute and deliver results.
- Excellent computer skills
- Uncompromising approach towards service excellence and the ability to work in a fast paced and resultsorientated

environment.- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the role and the company
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
