**Main Purpose of the Job**

To actively sell adumo products and services and generate revenue in line with prescribed sales targets & process. To find new clients and bring in new business and assist in positioning adumo as a market leading payments provider.

As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for managing a portfolio of Key Accounts in Adumo. Responsible for establishing & maintaining loyal customer relationships with the intention increasing Customer Lifetime Value through implementing effective key account strategies.

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Sales, marketing and industry knowledge
- Sales Process
- IT software / SAAS and sales background
- Retail and payments industry experience would be an advantage
- PCI regulations and understanding would be an advantage
- Accounting knowledge
- Basic understanding of business finance
- Industry knowledge - specific to retail or banking (acquiring) industry

- A minimum 3 year’s sales, service or related industry experience

**REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**

**Minimum**
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- 2 years’ experience working in a corporate sales environment
- Experience in using a CRM tool for managing customers Intermediate knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of internet usage
- FICA training/experience advantageous

**Desired**
- Relevant Diploma in Business / General Management qualification (NQF Level 6)
- 3 years’ experience working in a corporate sales environment
- Experience in using a CRM tool for managing customers Intermediate knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of internet usage
- FICA training/experience advantageous

**Ideal**
- B Com in Business Administration (NQF Level 7)
- 4+ years’ experience working in a corporate sales environment
- Experience in using a CRM tool for managing customers Intermediate knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of internet usage
- FICA training/experience advantageous

**Pipeline Management**
- Is able to improve the profitability and performance of the company through selling and negotiating skills
- Is able to maximise sales opportunities
- Utilizes the necessary and available tools

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Responsible for establishing & maintaining loyal customer relationships with the intention of increasing Customer Lifetime Value and Reducing Churn through implementing effective key account strategies
- Effectively manages adumo's interfaces with key accounts to ensure that the account is being serviced in an efficient and integrated way
- Proactively seeks and actions new opportunities in own area to develop the business commercially
- Solves problems independently. Breaks complex issues into manageable parts & recommends steps to resolve the problem.
- Planning, Measuring & Monitoring the Financial Performance of the Business
