Service Centre Helpdesk Coordinator

For our Electrical Division in Johannesburg, we are looking for a Service Centre Helpdesk Coordinator who will assist our Power Distribution Technical Manager in scheduling our team of Field Service Engineers work, more precisely arranging installations, repairs, commissioning, projects and services. Quoting, Forecasting and Reporting tasks are also included in the scope.
The role is based on site.
**Responsibilities**:
- Invoicing - processing and ensuring the accuracy of invoices
- Spares allocation - allocation of spares from stores to the scheduled work as required
- Work in Progress - WIP report: Reconcile all open outstanding jobs where cost allocated too
- Back Log Report sales orders - investigate and process Back log report on Sales orders
- Order Processing/Purchase Orders follow ups
- Forecasting based on job schedules
- Manage the Credit notes & Basic quoting
- General filing in and scanning of documents
- Job Scheduling and planning - schedule technicians' jobs and check with technicians on the progress
- Monitor Technician Productivity & Time Management
- General administration & General customer services tasks
- Contractor management
- Customer queries
- Documentation control
**Qualifications**:
- National Senior Certificate (NSC) and Basic Admin experience is required
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in a customer facing role
- Financial acumen is required
- Microsoft Excel at advanced level
- Strong Planning and Organization skills
- Sound problem solving skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated, strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role
- SYSPRO ERP Software experience is preferred
- Coping with a dynamic environment
- Teamwork oriented and Work Ethic
- Flexibility/Adaptability to change
- English language at advanced level
