**Working Setup**: 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 to 19:00. WFH up to 3 days per month.
ThinkLocum is a leading locum recruitment company based in the UK, specialising in providing high-quality staffing solutions to healthcare facilities. With a focus on excellence, reliability, and efficiency, ThinkLocum connects healthcare professionals with temporary positions in various medical settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare institutions.
The team is small but growing, and, to take the business to the next level, we are looking for a compliance officer to join the team.
**The responsibilities of this role include**:
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and client-specific standards across various systems and platforms.
- Coordinate with booking representatives to ensure seamless compliance procedures. Maintain clear communication channels and handover procedures between compliance and booking teams.
- Develop and revise client compliance handbooks to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements.
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations to facilitate compliance.
We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but highly skilled and growing global team (around 50 FTE globally, 32 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who wants to make a difference in a high growth, high performing environment.

Proven experience working in a compliance role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a recruitment setting.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

**The Package**
Basic Salary: R16.5k-20k per month
Bonus; Quarterly bonus scheme
