The role of a Compliance Specialist in our healthcare team involves ensuring that healthcare professionals meet the required compliance standards and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities include:



  • Contacting healthcare professionals to request and follow up on missing or expired compliance documents
  • Reviewing and verifying compliance documents to ensure they meet client standards and regulatory requirements
  • Updating and maintaining compliance information on our system, including tracking expiration dates and renewal requirements
  • Communicating with clients and recruitment consultants regarding the status of healthcare professionals' compliance documents
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR
  • Conducting compliance audits with clients across the healthcare industry
