We are seeking a **Call Coordinator** with strong communication skills, professionalism, and multitasking abilities to join our team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Call Management
- SLA Reporting
- Productive Time
- Call Escalations
- Call Updating and Quality Assurance

**Your expertise**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years Call Coordinator Experience
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Basic IT knowledge

**Qualifications required**:

- ITIL Foundation V4
- Soft Skills Certificates
- Administrative Certification
