**Position Summary and Primary Objectives**:
The Channel Manager has an overall account management responsibility and their key functionality will be to onboard, manage, analyse, support, and grow the partners business requirements through awareness, empathy, good questioning, and a consultative approach. They have the ability to influence clients to use our products and solutions by articulating value in the partner's environment.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
â Take ownership of a range of partners within a base segmentation (portfolio) and grow the channel by onboarding new partners.
â Build enduring, strategic relationships and display an understanding of partners go-to-market strategy and business environment in order to identify current and future opportunities.
â Drive passionately for partner satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the partners buying process, by taking ownership of the commercials, scope of work, and project handover.
â Generate demand by assisting partners to identify current opportunities and leads, and then effectively articulate how we can add value through services and solutions.
â Continuously monitor our competitors to ensure that our offering and service to our partners remain competitive and superior in order to maintain the relationship, sales, and synergies associated with the partnership.
â Use our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage partners, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.

**Skill Requirements**:
â General Qualification in Sales (Degree/ Advanced Diploma)
â 4 8 years of work experience
â At least 2 years of work experience in a high-performance sales environment
â Able to use our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage partners, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast
â Intermediate MS Office or Google G-Suite skills
