We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Administrator. This role will focus on ensuring our current tenants are satisfied and engaged while also driving efforts to attract new tenants to our properties.

Property:

- Commercial Office Spaces
- Leases
- Property Vacancy Schedule
- Property Utilities
- Liaise with Tenants and maintenance staff

Admin:

- Quotes
- Providing assistance to CEO
- Managing general correspondence and typing

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property administration or leasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R17 000,00 per month

**Experience**:
