Administrative Assistant

**Minimum requirements**:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Business/accounts diploma advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in quotations, procurement, or supplier management.
- Prior work experience in corporate gifting advantageous
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Key Outputs**:
1) Prepare, review, and send out quotations to clients based on their requirements.
2) Research and identify potential alternate suppliers to improve cost efficiency and product availability.
3) Reconciling completed orders to invoices
4) Administrative support
