**Minimum requirements**:
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Certificate / Diploma in related field
- Must have a reliable vehicle / Driver's license
- At least 4+ years' Office and Account Management experience in a similar role
- Must be fully Computer literate
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Excellent Office Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Driven person, excellent time management
- Must be able to work alone and take own initiative
- Must be able to work under pressure and stay calm
- Placing of orders on a portal
- Following up on orders
- Ensuring accounts and payments are up to date
- Informing clients of delivery dates
- Following up on deliveries
- Booking slots with receiving bays
- Following up on outstanding debtors
- Booking board rooms for meetings
- Doing necessary office administration
