**JOB PURPOSE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Daily Duties**
- Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the executives, ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, agenda and catering etc
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence from all Executives
- Take minutes during the Executive meetings (Technology executive & Mancos) and ensure a follow-up on action items
- Assists in the preparation of presentations, reports and legal documents
- Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval
- Maintain appointment schedules, calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements (incl. flights, accommodations and transportation)
- Coordinate and organize meetings, meeting minutes and records and follow up on action items
- Assist with all personal matters and requests from the Group CTO as and when required
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously and proactively
- Attend to all adhoc requests
- Prepare for and co-ordinate logistics of events and meetings, incl. venue arrangements, materials preparation, attendee coordination

- Bachelors degree in business administration, secretarial studies or a related field
- Strong knowledge of technology concepts (infrastructure, software etc)

**EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to maintain confidentially and exercise discretion
- Secretarial and administrative work experience required
- Previous experience working in a technology company is an added advantage
- Excellent typing Skills
- Committed to excellence in customer service delivery
- Computer literate, MS Office with strong Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
- Ability to interact with all departments at all levels including Executives and board members
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and must take full responsibility and accountability
- Organized, methodical, detailed and analytical
- Ability to think-out-the-box and generate new ideas
