Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Calendar Management**: Manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide high-level administrative support by preparing documents, reports, presentations, and maintaining accurate records. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- ** Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, venue booking, and logistics management.
- ** Travel Arrangements**: Plan and organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO's business trips, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- ** Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients, acting as a representative of the CEO when necessary.
- ** Project Assistance**: Assist in various special projects, research initiatives, and other tasks as assigned by the CEO, providing necessary support and coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (3 years) working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and other relevant tools for administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
