Executive Assistant

The incumbent is accountable for providing comprehensive end-to-end support to the Chief Executive Officer.
**Minimum Qualifications and experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good people management and organisational skills.
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential and non-confidential correspondence.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CEO’s programme and projects.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments and hospitals.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the CEO’s office.
- Prioritise and determine appropriate course of action or response, exercising judgement that is reflective of the CEO’s ways of working and in line with relevant organisation policies.
- Work closely with the CEO, providing information, support and advice on upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Provide event management services as required for the CEO.
- Prepare documents for the CEO’s signature.
- Draft non-substantive correspondence based on acquired knowledge of the CEO’s work schedule or events, formal and informal notes for the CEO’s approval.
- Follow-up on established deadlines and ensure timely submissions by employees on reports, correspondence, and other documents.
