**My client in the Mining Industry, based in Illovo (working remotely is not an option) is urgently seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant (Directors Level) for the CEO. Must be a NON SMOKER, well groomed, extremely well organised and willing to go the extra mile. Min 6 - 8 Years exp. as a Personal Assistant.**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Excellent writing and communication skills on the Executive level**
***:

- **Excellent financial acumen (Any exp. in working with foreign currencies would be an advantage)**

- **MS Excel and MS Word Advanced**

**Duties and responsibilities**:
***
- **Coordinate and prepare documents for Exco, Mancom, and Project and Management meetings according to company policies and procedures (including scheduling, agendas, minute taking, and distribution).**
***:

- **Coordinate and prepare all other required documentation for Exco or CEO according to working structure as determined by Exco or CEO.**
***:

- **Coordinate diary for Exco and CEO.**
***:
***:

- **Screen incoming calls.**
***:

- **Handle travel arrangements.**
***:

- **Coordinate and manage all site visits and meetings.**
***:

- **Keep filing up to date.**
***:

- **Keep records of annual reports.**
***:

- **Compiling and distributing monthly newsletters.**
***:

- **Consolidate the monthly credit card expenses, petty cash, and logbooks.**
***:

- **General office management.**
***:

- **Ensure good housekeeping.**
***:

- **Coordinate and organize corporate functions and company public participation events (charity events) according to company policies and procedures.**
***:

- **Organize telephonic and video conferences.**
***:

- **Organize year-end function.**
***:

- **Coordinate and manage refreshments and boardrooms for meetings as required.**
***:

- **Attendance and arrangement of functions and meetings after hours when and if required.**
***:

- **Organise annual mining indaba attendance, bookings, etc.**
***:

- **Purchase all consumables.**
***:

- **Collect and distribute all business mail to offices.**
