**Administrative Assistant**
**Location**: Benoni, Gauteng
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations
- Capture and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and schedule appointments
- Organise and manage filing systems (both electronic and physical)
- Maintain and expand the company’s client database
- Assist with general office duties, including supply management and correspondence handling
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Own reliable transport
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and client interaction skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
