Maintaining client company statutory records and minute books
- Maintaining electronic database including statutory records
- Drafting director, shareholder and trustee resolutions and filing the necessary documentation relating to companies, Close Corporations, Trust and estates. Such aspects shall include, but not limited to changes to company structure, filing of annual returns, filing of CIPC Compliance Checklist, financial supplements and annual returns, changes to directors, stakeholders, MOI’s and new company registration
- Liaising with CIPC and the Master of the High Court with regards to related registration and amendments of companies, Trusts and Estates
- Direct liaison and corresponding with clients and various administrative processes
- Assisting with administrative duties i.e preparing liquidation and distribution accounts and wills
**Qualification**
- Matric
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
- 5 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Benoni, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- secretarial admin: 5 years (required)
