**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Agent - Telesales & Client Onboarding, you’ll play a key role in driving sales through cold calling, generating leads, and securing deals over the phone in a one-call close format. You’ll also ensure new clients have a seamless onboarding experience, providing them with support from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales & Cold Calling
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via high-volume calls, delivering persuasive pitches to close deals on the spot.
- Handle all client interactions with professionalism, maintaining a high standard of service.

2. Client Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process, managing documentation and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving any onboarding concerns.

3. Sales Targets & Market Insights
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals with strategic selling and a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, adapting your pitch to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications:

- Experience in telesales or sales (preferred, but not required as training is provided).
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Results-driven mindset, motivated by targets and achieving high performance.
- Willingness to relocate to Southeast Asia with support for the transition.
- Valid passport (South African preferred).
