- Note: The position will be made a hybrid role after the three-month probationary period, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work._
**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric qualification (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the insurance industry and/or medical aid environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Previous experience or exposure to the Power BI reporting platform (advantageous).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in new business development.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements in operational processes and systems.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the Manager of the Health Department to drive new business development initiatives for our insurance client.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Assist with general project and business reporting for managers and directors.
- Work closely with other teams within the organization to meet campaign requirements.
- Compile reports and materials for campaign-driven initiatives.
- Analyze operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Schedule meetings with relevant partners and team members.
