We accelerate the growth of international B2B FinTech and SaaS companies that provide complex solutions. We do this by building and managing sales development teams that embed into the sales organizations of growing FinTech startups. **About the role**

This role is an opportunity to transition into a Strategic Business Development Rep, where you can leverage your sales and customer-facing experience to become a Go-to-Market expert and learn how to generate a high-quality sales pipeline and contribute to new logo acquisition. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and aspiring individual to join a team on one of our tech software clients. When you join you'll go through our Go-to-Market Academy training program, which is an elite entry-level business program to kick-start your sales career. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing the outbound strategy of a successful tech start-up, where you'll be focused on reaching out to and engaging C-level executives at some of the world's largest enterprise companies. Moreover, we offer a clear progression path, with the potential to move into a leadership role within just two years.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEA
- Prospecting potential customers that match our customers ICP
- Research to identify and understand the right people to reach out to
- Joining meetings and demos with prospects
- Contributing to the tactics and being involved in creating the strategy of the Go-to-Market campaigns you're involved in

**Requirements**:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

- University degree
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related) following your studies
- 1+ years in work experience in sales and tech recruitment
- Strong demonstrable interest in sales, Saas & FinTech, and Startups
- High levels of energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively engage with C-Level executives
- Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
- South African Citizen
