Client Service Administrator

If so, our fast-paced brand and advertising agency is looking for you; a Client Service Administrator with strong experience in proof checking print-ready files on tight deadlines and whose excellent admin and attention to detail skills help create efficient processes and resources for their team to deliver quality work.
Cape Town in-office position - 8:30am - 5pm; Monday - Friday, Overtime may be required.
This is a mid-level position reporting to the client service director.

**Start date**: as soon as possible

**Key deliverables include but are not limited to**:
Proofread and check print-ready product brochure layouts against briefing documents, ensuring text and image information, pricing, and financial terms are correct.
Set up monthly social media content schedules/calendars in Excel ensuring dates, text and image information, pricing, and financial terms are correct.
Compile weekly and monthly digital marketing analytics reports in Excel.
Compile top-quality PowerPoint presentations for the client service team.
Collate and record research data into concise, accurate reports.
Assist all departments with overflow admin and office duties when primary tasks are completed.

**Key requirements**:
At least five years’ proof-checking experience - agency environment experience is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Brilliant administration skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
An exceptional eye for detail
Ability to work at a fast pace within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality work
