**We're looking for**

We are looking for a highly proficient administration assistant to help communicate, liaise and complete certain tasks for our clients growing Financial Advisor force and compliance departments.

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Liaise between the policyholder, adviser and the compliance department to curate compliance documents prior to processing/review
- Monitor adviser activity and daily sales to ensure that all clients receive their required compliance documents on time
- Request and perform regular follow ups with clients to obtain certain documents
- Capture required data/information regarding each policy onto relevant systems/documents
- Send relevant documents/reports to the advisers to complete, review, edit and sign off
- Ensure that all documents are finalized within the required timelines
- Upload all documents onto the administration system and send the required documents to compliance
- Assist the company in managing the risk relating to compliance by financial advisers
- Follow up with advisers regarding any queries from the compliance team
- The responsibility for compliance will remain with each adviser and this is purely an administrative role
