Main Responsibilities

Talent Administration
- Provide all recruitment administration support of appointments.
- Ensure all references are carried out wholly and timeously as per the TA Officer or TA Assistant Manger’s request.
- Ensure MIE checks are captured on the system as per the TA Officer or TA Assistant Manger’s request.
- Prepare interview packs for interviews.
- Provide first line support to Graylink (e-Recruitment System) users.
- Manage building and canteen access and process.
Budget Administration
- Process resourcing invoices
- Update and monitor all spend for the Resourcing division by maintaining the Budget Tracker.
- Deal with all Resourcing suppliers regarding payments and terms of business.
- General administration and ad hoc responsibilities.
Reporting
- Reporting and data management (Graylink).
Graduate Recruitment
- Coordinate teams for the various fairs.
- Manage flight bookings, hotel accommodation and car hire for employees travelling.
- Manage the courier of supplies to the various fairs.
- Liaison with the various Universities regarding booking and payment for the fairs.
- Administration related to Management trainees.
Assessments
- Process Assessment requests online (TTS & Bioss).
- Scheduling of Assessment feedback sessions.
- Maintain and update Assessment Tracker on the shared drive.
- Maintain Assessment Report database on the shared drive.
- Process Assessment Invoices for Group, Consumer, and client.
Team Support
- Assist the TA team with all administrative functions.
Education and Qualification

- A completed 3 year qualification in Human Resources or related qualification.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a recruitment specific role.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
