At Jonsson Workwear, we aim to cultivate talent, support our people's growth, and create engaging worker experiences. Our Talent Development team drives our talent acquisition, onboarding and people development to support our team members throughout their journey at Jonsson Workwear.

The Talent Development Coordinator is a critical role, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Talent Development team's activities, through proactively coordinating and assisting with all administrative requirements.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide admin support to the team, including processing purchase orders, sample orders, stationery orders and coordinating training logistics.
- Prepare and update budgets, collating tax invoices and consolidating credit card recons monthly.
- Assist with the recruitment process, scheduling interviews and processing employment checks.
- Communicating with new team members regarding onboarding arrangements and being a key point of contact through their onboarding journey.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transfers.
- Proactively coordinating all learning and development activities and workshops; including venue bookings, venue and IT set-up, looking after delegates, and liaising with customers and/or staff.
- Assist with the formatting and development of training and workshop material.
- Provide overall support to the broader Talent Development team, with workshops and projects.
- Proactively update changes to the in-house People Database and People App, showing great attention to detail.
- Support building and maintaining our continuously growing talent pool.
- Maintain the Talent Development team calendar tracking all related activities.
- Stock control and management of all resources and samples in the care of the Talent Team.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Previous administrative experience (filing, budgeting, travel booking etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with Microsoft Teams and Planner experience advantageous.
- Project management experience advantageous.
- MIE accreditation and system experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Has a valid driver's license.
- Experience / exposure to recruitment and learning & development is a plus.
