Tender Office Administrator

The Tender and Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting with quantity take off and tender submission for a construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with quantity take oof for tender submissions.
Coordinate and prepare tender documentation.
Price tenders based on market research and company pricing policies.
Manage tender deadlines and ensure submissions are completed on time.
Assist with office administration duties including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Liaise with internal external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Monitor tender results and provide analysis on successes and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender submissions.
