Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Afrikaans and English.
  • Grade 12.
  • Qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (advantage).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (essential).
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 07:3016:30.

Experience:
  • 24 years of proven experience managing technical and administrative systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and admin processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain IT and non-IT systems.
  • Develop and implement technical and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee system upgrades, configurations, and installations.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative tasks.
  • Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage system security and data protection.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide staff training on system usage.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance.
