Sales Administrator

Opportunity for a passionate Sales Administrator to join an Engineering firm in Pretoria, Moot area reporting directly the Head of Business Development
Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:30- 16:30
Minimum requirements:
- Matric essential
- Relevant Certifications advantageous
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid experience with MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong admin and multi-tasking skills
- Own transport and driver's license
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working in an engineering or construction industry/company will be advantageous
- Dealing with Tenders and quotation
- Strong personality and ability to work in a fast past environment
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Quotations
- Data and sales orders capturing
- Updating and management of Sales Orders
- Daily reporting of data capturing for Managers
- Liaising with Customers
- Compile relevant tenders documents
- General office/admin/PA duties
- General functions as required by various Managers
