**Position: Tender administrator, Security and Cleaning Services **Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Hatfield, Pretoria

Contract Of Employment: Permanent, 3 months’ probation

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12/Matric
- Minimum qualification, Certificate in Administration/ Office Management or similar qualification
- 1-2 years’ experience in tendering or relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proper time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast paced environment.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Ensure timeous completion and submission of tender documents, RFQ’s and quotations for cleaning and security
- Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate.
- Maintain accurate records electronic copies of completed documents.
- Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms.
- Ensure the bid process is followed, including purchasing of bid documents, attendance of briefings and communication of inspection instructions to other departments
- Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time.
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Develop/maintain a filing system and reporting on tender progress

- Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details and good interpersonal relations.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good planning and organizational skills

**Salary**: R11 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Tender Admin: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Pretoria, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
