The East London branch is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual that is deadline driven and meticulous to join their team as a Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Department.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Keep track of all leases, acknowledge receipts of notices and ensure documents are signed by all parties
- Make all necessary journal adjustments and raise all recoverable expenses for both property and agent.
- Process increase in charges and notice letters to tenants
- Attend to maintenance queries, ensuring work is carried out and follow up on outstanding matters
- Prepare statements and invoices for delivery
- Prepare bulk notices to landlords and tenants
- Conduct ITC of new lease applicants
- Reconciliation of accounts & ensure payments are allocated
- Meeting with Landlords and Tenants on request
- Authorizing of monthly wages for the staff working at the buildings.
- Arranging ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- New business to grow the portfolio.
- General upkeep of all administrative functions and office environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Vast Computer knowledge - Outlook / Microsoft Word / Excel
- Understanding Commercial Leases and dealing with operational requirements
- Basic Accounting principles
- Prior Commercial property management experience would be ideal.
