Our client is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Officer, based in East London
- Effective marketing management and ensuring growth targets are achieved,
- Efficient and effective administration and management of owner and trustee relationships,
- Efficient and effective administration of related HOA processes
- Review monthly results and ensure accurate reporting,
- Ensure the effective management of properties in line with relevant legislation,
- Effective property management of complexes,
- Report writing,
- Oversee municipal related processes,
- Staff management,

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Diploma / Degree in Management,
- Paddocks UCT Sectional Title / HOA Management Course qualification
- Registration with the EAAB, folding a valid FFC will be an advantage,
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes / HOA’s as well as complex management,
- Experience in overseeing and management of staff
- Proficient in MS Office,
