**Administrative duties**:

- Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases
- Prepare, manage and store HR documentation such as HR policies and procedures
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Assist in posting job ads internally/externally
- Update recruitment reports on a weekly basis
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Take minutes in HR meetings
- Ensure that training initiatives are executed based on the approved training plan and training committee recommendations
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Core Requirements**:

- **_ Grade 12 (Matric) with an HR qualification_**:

- **_ SAGE 300 working experience compulsory for at least 3 - 4 years_**:

- **_ Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years_**:

- Understanding the recruitment life cycle and maintaining all recruitment processes
- Experience with training execution
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
