Customer Service Representative

Quicket is looking for a customer success representative with experience in support and a great attitude

Patient, calm, professional and friendly
Experienced (at least one year) in a support role
Understand the impact of great customer service on business success
An excellent communicator with an above and beyond attitude
Curious and pride yourself in taking initiative to solve and ensure an exceptional customer experience
**Your responsibilities would include**:
Meet defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and capacity targets.
Assist in identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
Capture notes in the CRM system to provide customers with a more personalised experience.
Continuously find ways to improve the customer experience.
Own customer queries from start to finish - go above and beyond to make their day
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people's person
A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent telephone etiquette
Computer literate/tech-savvy
Organised with a can-do attitude
Strong work ethic and target driven
