Currently we are searching for a Customer service Representative for Cape Town, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Keep abreast on company protocols and work procedures.

Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers.

Achieve up-sales, conversions and decline solutions by chat and phone calls.

Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company and customer’s best interest in mind.

Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Maintain a clean work environment and respect office equipment.

Report in a timely manner customer escalations.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Matric.

Previous experience as a Customer Services representative

Excellent Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).

Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills in English.

High degree of professionalism and integrity.
