Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Time Personnel. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining a neat and orderly reception area.

You will be working closely with our administrative team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional attitude and provide courteous service to all customers
Coordinate scheduling of appointments and confirm bookings
Assist customers with frame selection and ordering processes
Prepare quotations, prescriptions, and payment procedures for patients
Process orders, follow up on outstanding jobs, and notify customers when goods are ready for collection
Perform general administration duties, including filing, data entry, and petty cash management

Requirements:
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or front-of-house environment
Professional attitude, confidence, and positive can-do approach
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Typing reports and stock taking
