Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at 1-grid, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders and requests. Your primary goal is to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor towards clients at all times.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients through various mediums, including phone, email, and web chat.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions to issues.
  5. Document all client interactions, including sales, comments, and complaints.
  6. Process orders and forms as necessary.

Requirements:
  1. [1+] years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  3. Proficient in computer software and CRM systems.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong customer service, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  6. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  7. Flexible availability to meet changing business demands.
