As a Customer Service Representative (Claims), you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will manage customer relationships by performing standard activities to fulfill their requests.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: You will collect data from various sources, analyze information, and investigate claims.
  • Task Management: You will prioritize and complete tasks within specified timeframes, adhering to SLAs.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to customers on claims administration processes and other departmental systems, in line with claims policy, rules, and SLAs.
Education and Experience:
  • Grade 12/SAQA Accredited Equivalent
  • FAIS Regulatory Qualification
  • RE 5
  • Relevant 3-year Business or insurance industry-related degree/diploma in management
