To support the administrative functions within a production environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining production records
- Monitoring staff clocking
- Processing paperwork
- Evaluate, measure and monitor job outputs against inputs
- Extracting data and presenting it on a measurable spreadsheet using EXCEL
- Administrative support to the production team

**Key attributes and competencies**
- A strong communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable with managing people.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Matric
- **Highly competent in EXCEL**:

- Experience in a similar industry beneficial.
- Data capturing experience.

Hendok is POPIA compliant.

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (required)
- Production Admin: 2 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (required)
