**Alert Engine Parts** is searching for an **IBT Clerk** to join the team in **Riverhorse**. The purpose of this position is to ensure that inter branch transfers of stock is always managed and recorded correctly.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Experience in a similar environment
- Organized, accurate and professional
- Good with numbers & calculations
- Persistent and driven
- Should have sound experience and extensive knowledge of the warehouse inventory and product knowledge
- Technically background
- Desirable
- Must be willing to work in a team as well as on your own
- A quick learner who will be willing to speak up if there is a problem
- An honest and trustworthy individual
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS, Excel and Word
- Clear criminal record

**Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to.**
- Manage the critical Stock-Out and Potential Stock-Out indicators ensuring mínimal lost sales
- Pull imported stock from JW (new items without movement) until sales history is created then optimize will generate auto-orders.
- Assist with cycle count variances before count sheets are finalized.
- Assist with Superseding and Part Number changes
- Follow up with Stock/Sale Products in Transit
- Stock Adjustments
- Assist the warehouse staff - pickers, checkers with any stock related queries
- Assist the RFC clerk with product queries
- Analyze daily last sale, stock, and lost sale reports
