Charles Hope Apartments offers a dynamic and collaborative workplace that promotes innovation by fostering a community of like-minded individuals. We are looking for a business development specialist to join us and play a meaningful role in the expansion of Charles Hope Apartments.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be directly engaging with the prospective clients & customers, driving warm leads through the sales funnel and actively work at prospecting for new business.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Conducting pre-sales preparation by researching & identifying sales opportunities targeted at the right companies, customers and clients (example local corporates, local events & decision makers), and look into potential partnerships and sales channels.
- To build effective relationships with potential clients, by use of appropriate questioning clarification and language.
- Generating designated number of sales qualified leads based on targets set by manager through outbound calling to prospective clients and successfully selling Charles Hope services and products, either directly or booking appointments for the Sales Manager.
- Following up on client calls with information and proposals.
- Follow up touchpoints to prospective clients to confirm receipt information, overcome potential objections, and possibly re-sell the proposition.
- To ensure that the CRM is updated with good quality notes following client communications.
- To identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling Charles Hope Apartments offering to generate business and increase profitability.
- To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company to ensure that a professional company brand and image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
**Key Skills**:
- 5 years’ relevant B2B Lead Generation/ Sales experience.
- Highly motivated to perform research activities to identify new prospects/ opportunities, with a passion and curiosity to gain a deeper understanding of the target market, local opportunities and company products and services.
- A Self-starter.
- Hungry and opportunistic about identifying new prospects/ opportunities.
- High level of Agility.
- Dynamic and Flexible.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills.
- Drive and a positive approach to work with determination and motivation to achieve targets.
- Resilient and pro-active.
- Good time management skills.
- Use of CRM software advantageous.
- Experience working in property/rental sector advantageous (Serviced apartments, long term rental or corporate travel).
- Presentation development - Customisation of client presentations advantageous.
