Looking for a full time administrative support person for a financial adviser/Planner. The primary duties are to support the Financial Planner with daily administration and interact with Insurance Companies, Investment platforms and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of New Business and existing business (Investments, Risk Business, Medical Aid, Trusts, Estates)
- Monitoring all activities relating to client reviews, requests and new business
- Client Liaison
- Managing Broker’s Diary
- Processing of Adviser/Planner and Client Requests
- Assistance with Administration of Deceased Estates
- Scanning and Filing electronically
- Plan and schedule work

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- Industry related qualification (E.g., Certificate in Financial Planning)
- RE Exams (Advantageous)
- Self-Management (Able to work independently)
- Results Driven
- Attention to Detail
- Computer Literate
- Problem Solving
- Client and Service centered - Patience with elderly people
- Punctual, Professional communication skills (Written, Verbal)
- Productive and Efficient
- Adaptability
- Bilingual (**Afrikaans** and English)
- Own Transport
- General Financial Services/Insurance/Investment Industry knowledge
- Platforms systems and software of investment Platforms and insurance companies, (e.g., Allan gray, Glacier, Ninety-One, Old Mutual, Discovery, Momentum, Sanlam)
- Legislation Compliance awareness (FICA / FAIS / FATCA / POPIA / TCF etc.)
