My client based in Kyalami is looking for a Spares Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team
**Minimum requirements**:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably with previous exposure to a sales office/ mining industry and contract management
- Ensure accurate capturing of information on Contrax system
- Must be able to work in high pressure environment
- Must have a technical aptitude, preferably in the mining/ engineering industry
- High volume compilation of quotations and purchase orders
- Management of spares orders - verifying pricing and capturing orders
- Placing orders on sub-suppliers
- Expediting all purchase orders to ensure delivery date is met
- Managing all contract related commercial obligations, costing, cash flow and invoicing
- Manage equipment packaging
- Coordinate equipment shipping/transportation
- Own Transport
- Valid drivers license
